GENCA MEDICAL EXTRUSION HEADS

All extrusion heads and tools available in stainless steel, high temp steel (inconel) and high strength tool steels,except Tri and Bi-Dies. Metallurgy of all heads in controlled through heat treatment to obtain optimum life . All melt flow channels, spiral or multi-channels are precision designed and manufactured to obtain balanced flow over full range of operations. Assemply/disassembly tool kit is available for all extrusion heads.

All extrusion heads are assembled by quality assurance, checked for compliance to engineer acceptance specification and certified on the user manual.
